Base prices for the projects we get asked about most. Add-ons are clearly listed. Your final number lands in a Statement of Work before any work begins.
Most Buffalo IT firms hide pricing entirely. We don't. The numbers below are starting estimates — what a typical small-to-mid-size project looks like. Bigger or more custom work scales from here. Smaller jobs scale down. Either way you get a fixed number on paper before we touch anything.
Website Build

A few things to know
- Hardware is billed at cost. If a project needs a switch or access point, you see the invoice from the vendor — no markup.
- Travel inside the Southtowns is included. On-site work outside Buffalo / Hamburg / Orchard Park / East Aurora may add a small mileage line.
- 50% deposit, 50% on delivery. Standard for projects over $1,000. Smaller jobs are net-30.
- Discovery is free. The first 15-min call is on us — we'll tell you whether the project is a fit before any commitment.
