Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about how we work, what we charge, and what to expect.
How does pricing work?
Every project starts with a scoped statement of work (SOW). We define exactly what will be done, what it costs, and when it will be delivered before any work begins. No hourly surprises, no open-ended retainers unless you want one.
Do I need a monthly contract?
No. Most of our work is project-based - you hire us to do a specific thing, we do it, and we are done. We offer managed hosting and ongoing support subscriptions for clients who want them, but they are never required.
What kind of websites do you build?
Everything from simple business sites to custom web applications, e-commerce stores, client portals, and API-driven platforms. We build with modern frameworks and host on infrastructure we manage directly.
How long does a website project take?
A simple business site is typically 1-2 weeks. Custom applications and larger projects run 4-8 weeks depending on scope. We will give you a timeline in the SOW before we start.
What does your hosting include?
Secure, managed hosting on dedicated infrastructure. SSL certificates, automated backups, uptime monitoring, and ongoing maintenance are all included. Your site runs on resources we control - not shared hosting.
Do you do on-site work?
Yes. We handle on-site infrastructure audits, network installations, structured cabling, hardware installs, and anything else that requires hands-on work. We serve Buffalo and the Southtowns including Hamburg, Orchard Park, and East Aurora.
What vendors and platforms do you work with?
We are vendor-agnostic - we recommend what fits your environment, not what gives us a commission. That includes Cisco, Ubiquiti, Meraki, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, AWS, Docker, Shopify, Stripe, and more.
Can you help migrate from another provider?
Absolutely. We handle website migrations, email migrations, server transitions, and vendor switches. We will audit your current setup, plan the migration, execute it, and verify everything works before cutting over.
Who do I talk to when I need help?
You talk directly to the person doing the work. No ticket queues, no call centers, no waiting for a level-one tech to escalate your issue. You get a direct line.
How do I get started?
Call us at 716-239-0854 or submit a message through our contact page. Tell us what you need, and we will set up a quick call to scope it out.
